At the beginning of the cartoon, the roosters wake up all the squawking inhabitants. Oh watches Ah collecting logs and decides to try it, but as a result, he sneezes and ends up covered in logs. Oh also failed to handle the water, and instead of picking peas, he finds himself burned by nettles. Meanwhile, he washes the windows in his house and makes the sun brighter. Ah squeezes a small cloud into a bucket like a rag, and a big cloud scares Ah with a dog barking, which causes rain and thunderstorms. Oh, deafened by the thunder, hides in the house. Hearing Oh's moaning, all the neighbors come out of their houses and stand by the cherry tree. When the rain stops, the neighbors hang up their umbrellas and go in to treat the sweet clover. They clean up his house and then cut and comb his hair. At the end of the film, Oh is cured of his pessimism.
