PK is a comedy about the adventures of a friendly and eccentric alien on Earth. PK arrives on our planet on a research mission. He finds himself in the vicinity of the Rajasthan desert and makes his way to the nearest city to begin his task of studying the human race. But this naïve alien immediately gets into trouble: the control panel needed to communicate with the ship is stolen from him. In this situation, the hero has no choice but to go in search of it and try to survive in an unfamiliar world without help. For PK, everyday things seem incredibly interesting, he is curious and prefers to learn everything by trial and error. In fact, the alien is a big child discovering the unknown. He is especially interested in religion, culture, customs and all aspects related to them. Adapting to the unusual environment, PK asks passers-by uncomfortable questions, forcing them to rethink their decisions and actions.
