Theme 1: Human Chakras: What They Are and What They Represent

  • Chakras are energy centers in the human body, responsible for various aspects of our physical and spiritual life. They serve as bridges between physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels of existence.

Theme 2: Emotions. Basic Functions and Types of Emotions

  • Emotions are our body's response to events around us. They influence our actions, thoughts, decisions, and overall behavior. Emotional balance is key to mental well-being and a harmonious life.

Theme 3: Basic Emotions: Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy

  • These emotions are fundamental to humans, affecting our perception of the world, relationships with others, and our inner well-being. Understanding and being aware of our emotions helps us better control our lives.
