Introduction. Unraveling the Concepts: "Psychology" as the Science of the Soul, its Development, Capabilities, and Unfolding

  • Providing knowledge about human nature and understanding the nature of the "soul," its multifaceted state and capabilities, learning to listen to it and manifest it in life.

Theme 1. I, a Person of Planet Earth

  • The concept of "human" and their true nature. Introducing the concepts "energy," "subtle bodies." Explaining the connection between physical and mental health.

Theme 2. About the Soul and the Spiritual World

  • The concept of "Soul." Manifestation and development of the Soul. The language of the Soul.

Theme 3. What is Meditation

  • The concept of "meditation." Learning to breathe correctly, improve concentration, and help children use their imagination. Meditation helps improve memory, attention, and provides mental and physical support to children in the learning process.

Theme 4. Me and My Character

  • Explaining the concept of "character." Formation of character. My character - my actions. Explaining the concept of character qualities. Showing through examples how it manifests in behavior, habits, actions, and deeds. Focusing on character traits necessary for successful learning and development of students: the ability to love, flexibility and resilience, self-discipline, honesty, courage, kindness.

Theme 5. Conversations about the Feelings of the Soul

  • Introducing children to the concept of "emotions." Teaching to distinguish emotions. Mastery of managing one's emotions. Developing the ability to understand oneself, feel oneself, understand the emotions and feelings of others.

Theme 6. In the World of Wise Thoughts

  • The concept of "thought." Teaching to distinguish thoughts, choose them and control them. The interaction of the Soul and Mind. Learning to think correctly.

Theme 7. Kaleidoscope of Dreams

  • Introducing children to the concepts of "dream," "desire." Forming a moral system of values and developing creative thinking in children. Fostering the development of cognitive interests, teaching to dream and fantasize correctly. Teaching children to listen, hear, and properly construct oral speech.

Theme 8. The Power of Good Deeds

  • Forming children's understanding of goodness, kindness, and good deeds, expanding knowledge about the role of kindness in life.

Theme 9. The Road of Goodness

  • Deepening children's understanding of kindness as a valuable and integral quality of a person. Fostering love for others, opposing evil. Perfecting communicative skills (ability to listen to a friend, sincerely express one's opinion, demonstrate friendliness).

Theme 10. Journey into the Fascinating World of Professions

  • Introducing students to professions, generating interest and love for various types of activities, developing the need to choose a future profession. Activating cognitive activity, stimulating interest in acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Course objective:

Providing children with knowledge about human nature, its psychological aspects and development, as well as promoting the development of their spiritual and emotional skills. The course is aimed at building children's skills in managing their emotions, developing creative thinking, increasing self-awareness and understanding of themselves and others. In addition, it contributes to the development of moral values, the concept of goodness, kindness and social and professional definition of students.
