For students of

grades

Sound is a powerful vibration that can heal our body and harmonize our psycho-emotional state. The human voice and singing has a powerful healing power. In Ancient Egypt, choral singing was used to treat insomnia, and in Ancient Greece, Democritus and Pythagoras recommended singing for various mental illnesses and insanity. "Vocal therapy" (singing treatment) is a special vocal and breathing exercise that provides vibration and acoustic correction of the child's physical and psycho-emotional (neuroses, phobias, depression) state. Vocal therapy improves the condition of bronchial asthma, headaches, strengthens the respiratory system and all vital organs of the human body, develops memory, thinking and rhythmic coordination, improves mood. "Music therapy" is the purposeful use of sounds and melodies to restore the balance of the emotional and physical state of a person. Through such musical practices as listening to music, singing (vocal therapy), composing, discussing musical works, drawing to music, moving to music, and other creative forms, a number of therapeutic goals can be achieved in children and adults. Namely: development and activation of cognitive processes, motor skills, harmonization of psycho-emotional state, strengthening of the nervous system, improvement of memory and general health. In addition, music therapy reveals the creative abilities of students and contributes to the organic course of the educational process.
